The Eavesdropper

Welcome to the realm of The Eavesdropper. In July 2006 Evan Shapiro began hosting The Monday Daily program on Radio 2SER. The first call Evan made in preparation for the program was to long time creative collaborator, Hector Marcel. They knew they wanted to do something that captured the essence of their friendship, rapport and creative thinking. Hector suggested he listen to people on the street, in cafes, elevators, public toilets etc and that each week they discuss what he had overheard. The Eavesdropper segment was born and ran for nearly 2 years on 2SER. While Evan and The Eavesdropper are currently not on the airwaves, you can find new and old Eavesdropper Podcasts here, along with other treats and snipets from times and exploits gone by. Evan and The Eavesdropper will continue to explore not only the seemingly lost conversations of people in the street, but they will remain faithful to their particular style of self indulgent broadcasting.
